Comparison
The Wufoo alternative for forms that go more than one place
Wufoo's plans cap forms, entries, users and API requests together, priced primarily as an annual commitment. WebForms plans are unlimited forms, priced by monthly submissions alone.
Wufoo has been running since 2006 - now part of SurveyMonkey's family of products - and its pricing model shows its age: entries, number of forms, users, file storage and API requests are all capped together per plan, and the headline prices are the annual-billed rate (Starter's $16.25/mo is actually $195 billed once a year; month-to-month costs noticeably more).
The feature list itself is solid and mature - theme designer, field validation, REST API, 400+ templates - but capacity is genuinely tight at the entry tiers: Starter includes just 1,000 entries and 10,000 API requests, numbers that a moderately active contact form can reach within a normal month.
WebForms plans are unlimited forms from the free tier up, priced by a monthly submission quota rather than a bundle of entries, users and API calls all drawing from the same pool. Fan-out to Slack, Discord and Telegram is native, not something built on top of the REST API.
When to stay with Wufoo
Switching has a real cost. These are the cases where we would not bother.
- You want a mature, long-established product with a large template gallery and a polished theme designer.
- You need built-in payment collection across many processors (Stripe, Square, Authorize.Net, Braintree, Chargify, PayPal, USAePay) directly in the form builder.
- Being part of the SurveyMonkey family matters to you for procurement or vendor-consolidation reasons.

Moving from Wufoo
Export your entries
Download your entry history from Wufoo before changing anything.
Create matching forms
Add one WebForms form per Wufoo form and copy each endpoint URL. There is no form-count cap to plan around.
Update the action attributes
Swap the endpoint URL in your markup, or rebuild the form as plain HTML if it was built entirely in Wufoo's editor.
Rebuild destinations, then add routing
Recreate your confirmation emails and integrations, then add Slack, Discord, Telegram or routing rules if you want them.
Try it without deciding anything
The free plan includes 300 submissions a month, unlimited forms, email delivery, stored submissions and spam filtering, with no card required and no expiry. Point one form at it and keep Wufoo running on the others until you are convinced.
Questions
If your form is built in Wufoo's editor, you will need to rebuild the markup as plain HTML, since we do not offer a form builder. Once you have that, pointing the action attribute at your endpoint is a one-line change.

Depends what you compare. Wufoo's headline prices are annual-billed; check the monthly-billing price before comparing directly, and remember Wufoo's plans include a form builder that WebForms does not.
No. We are a backend only; payment UI and processor integration are outside our scope.
