The Formkeep alternative for forms that go more than one place

Formkeep prices by how many forms you run, with extra forms billed individually above the included count. WebForms plans are unlimited forms from the free tier up.

Start freeSee pricing

Formkeep has been running since 2014 and its pricing reflects an older model for this category: each plan bundles a small number of forms, and every form beyond that is billed separately per month. For a single contact form that is invisible, but a team running a dozen forms across a few projects pays for every one of them individually once past the included count.

The plans themselves are straightforward - realtime notifications, field rules and integrations unlock as you move up - but the per-form charge is the detail worth checking against your actual form count before comparing headline prices.

WebForms plans include unlimited forms at every tier, including free. What you pay for is the submission volume across all of them combined, plus fan-out to more destinations than a single inbox.

When to stay with Formkeep

Switching has a real cost. These are the cases where we would not bother.

Moving from Formkeep

  1. Export your submissions

Download your submission history from Formkeep before changing anything.

  2. Create matching forms

Add one WebForms form per Formkeep form and copy each endpoint URL. There is no per-form fee to budget for.

  3. Update the action attributes

Swap the endpoint URL in your markup. Field names carry over unchanged.

  4. Rebuild destinations

Recreate the notification emails and any webhooks you relied on, then add Slack, Discord or Telegram if you want them.

Try it without deciding anything

The free plan includes 300 submissions a month, unlimited forms, email delivery, stored submissions and spam filtering, with no card required and no expiry. Point one form at it and keep Formkeep running on the others until you are convinced.

Questions

The markup change is one line per form. Recreating destinations in the dashboard is the bulk of the work, and unlike Formkeep there is no per-form charge to plan around.
