FormBucket keeps things about as simple as this category gets: one plan, nineteen dollars a month, unlimited forms and submissions after a two-week trial. There is no tier to choose and nothing to compare against a usage estimate, which is genuinely appealing if you just want a bucket URL and do not want to think about it again.
The site's own copyright notice reads 2015 to 2019, and the feature set - autoresponders, webhooks, spam protection, a searchable submission database - has not visibly grown since. There is no routing, no fan-out beyond a single webhook destination, and no delivery log.
