The Slapform alternative for forms that go more than one place

Slapform's plans add a per-submission charge once you exceed the included count. WebForms plans are a flat quota with no metered overage.

Start freeSee pricing

Slapform undercuts most of this category on headline price, with paid tiers starting at five dollars a month. Look past the sticker price, though, and each plan also lists a per-submission rate, one cent per extra submission on the lower tiers, that applies once you exceed the included monthly count. For a form with predictable, bursty traffic that is a cost that is hard to forecast in advance.

The tiers themselves are conventional - CSV export, custom redirects, webhooks and Zapier unlock as you move up, and storage retention extends from 30 days to 24 months by plan.

WebForms plans have a flat monthly quota with no per-submission metering. If you are close to your limit we tell you before you hit it rather than billing you per extra submission, and fan-out to Slack, Discord and Telegram is included rather than gated to a higher tier.

When to stay with Slapform

Switching has a real cost. These are the cases where we would not bother.

Moving from Slapform

  1. Export your submissions

Download a CSV from Slapform before changing anything.

  2. Create matching forms

Add one WebForms form per Slapform form and copy each endpoint URL.

  3. Update the action attributes

Swap the endpoint URL in your markup. Field names carry over without modification.

  4. Rebuild destinations, then add routing

Recreate the integrations you rely on, then add routing rules if a form needs different destinations depending on what was submitted.

Try it without deciding anything

The free plan includes 300 submissions a month, unlimited forms, email delivery, stored submissions and spam filtering, with no card required and no expiry. Point one form at it and keep Slapform running on the others until you are convinced.

Questions

The markup change is one line per form, since both use a plain endpoint URL. Recreating destinations in the dashboard is the bulk of the work.
