For nonprofits and charities

Forms for a nonprofit that has no budget line for forms

The free plan covers the volume most small organisations see, submissions are stored on servers in Germany and deleted automatically after a fixed period, and spam is filtered without asking supporters to solve a captcha. It collects the form; it does not take donations.

What it handles

Free that stays free

300 submissions a month with email delivery and full spam filtering is a real plan, not a trial, and needs no card. For a volunteer form and a contact form on a local charity's site, that is usually plenty.

Supporters' data kept only as long as needed

Storage limitation is a GDPR principle, and it is easy to break by accident with a form that keeps everything forever. Submissions here are deleted automatically once they pass the plan's retention window, 30 days on Free and 180 on Pro, as a scheduled job rather than a promise.

Hosted in the EU

Submissions are stored on servers in Germany. The subprocessors that touch data are listed in the privacy policy, and the only ones that see submission content are the spam classifiers, which you can switch off per form.

No puzzle for older supporters

Captchas cost real people real frustration, and a volunteer base skews towards the people they frustrate most. Filtering runs server-side on every plan, so the form can stay a form.

The limits, plainly

Donations are not something WebForms processes. Take payments through your payment provider's own form, and use a WebForms form for the enquiries, sign-ups and registrations around it.

Which plan

Start on Free. Pro, at $5 a month, adds routing so volunteer sign-ups and press enquiries go to different people, an auto-reply that confirms receipt, and 3 seats for staff.
