For hiring teams
A careers page form that behaves like part of your hiring process
Accept applications with CV uploads, send every applicant an automatic confirmation, route each role to the person reviewing it, and let the retention window delete applicant data on schedule. Uploads and routing are on the paid plans.
What it handles
CVs attached, not linked
Paid plans accept file uploads on the same form, so applicants attach a CV rather than pasting a link to it. Uploaded files are kept for 30 days, which is a deliberate limit on how long personal documents sit anywhere: forward them or download them into your hiring process within that window.
Every applicant hears back
An auto-reply confirms receipt the moment someone applies, from your company's sender name. It takes one setting to turn on, and it is the single thing candidates remember when nobody else replied.
The right reviewer for each role
Routing rules read the role field and send engineering applications to one person and design applications to another, from a single careers form. No shared inbox where applications wait for someone to claim them.
Applicant data that does not linger
Candidates' personal data should not outlive the hiring process. Submissions are deleted automatically after the plan's retention window, 180 days on Pro and 365 on Agency, so you are not relying on someone remembering to clean up.
The limits, plainly
It is not an applicant tracking system. There are no hiring stages, scorecards or interview scheduling. If you use an ATS, send each application to it through a webhook and let the ATS do that part.
Which plan
Pro at $5 a month covers uploads, auto-replies and routing, with 3 seats for the people reviewing. Agency adds 10 seats and 365 days of history for a team hiring across several roles.
