For designers on no-code builders

Keep the form you designed. Change where it goes.

Your builder already renders a form that looks exactly right. Point its action at an endpoint and the submissions go to email, Slack or a webhook instead of the builder's own inbox, past the builder's submission caps and without a line of backend code.

What it handles

The design stays yours

Nothing about the form's look changes. You keep the fields, the spacing and the states you designed, and only the action attribute points somewhere new. The setup guides cover where that setting lives in each builder.

Past the builder's limits

Built-in form handling on site builders tends to cap submissions on lower plans and send them only to an email address. An external endpoint removes the cap and adds destinations, which matters most for the portfolio or small business site that suddenly gets popular.

A thank-you page that matches the site

Send visitors to your own designed thank-you page after they submit, on every plan, instead of a generic confirmation screen. The notification emails can use a custom template on paid plans.

Generate the form if you would rather not build it

Describe the form you want and the AI form builder writes the fields and the HTML, ready to paste into a code block. It is included on every plan.

The limits, plainly

If you want a hosted form page with no site at all, a form builder like Tally or Typeform will be simpler. This is for designers who already have the page and want the submissions handled properly.

Which plan

Free covers 300 submissions a month by email. Pro at $5 a month adds Slack and webhooks, custom notification templates, auto-replies to the visitor and file uploads.
