For freelance developers
The contact form you set up once and never get a support call about
Paste one endpoint into the form, point the notifications at the client and move on. There is no server for you to keep running, no mail setup that lands in spam, and every submission is stored, so the answer to "did anyone contact us?" is a search rather than a guess.
What it handles
No infrastructure to babysit
A contact form on a static site usually means a serverless function, a mail provider and an API key someone has to rotate. Here the form posts to an endpoint and that is the whole integration. Nothing of yours runs, so nothing of yours breaks at 11pm.
Email that arrives
Notifications go out from authenticated infrastructure with the visitor in Reply-To, so the client hits reply and reaches the person. That avoids the classic self-built mistake of sending From the visitor's address, which fails SPF and trains filters against the client's domain.
Proof when a client says the form is broken
Every submission is stored and searchable, and each delivery attempt is logged. When a client insists nobody has written in for a month, you can show them exactly what arrived and where it was sent, instead of debugging blind.
Spam handled without a captcha
A honeypot, a time trap and an AI classifier that reads the message run server-side on every plan, so you are not forced to put a puzzle in front of your client's customers. Suspicious submissions are quarantined rather than deleted, in case the filter is wrong.
The limits, plainly
An account runs one workspace of its own, with unlimited forms, so for small clients the simplest setup is a form per client in your workspace. If the client should own the workspace and add you, remember a Free workspace has a single seat, so that arrangement needs Pro.
Which plan
Most small client sites fit comfortably inside Free: 300 submissions a month by email, with 30 days of history. Move a client to Pro at $5 a month when they want Slack, routing, file uploads or more than one person with access.
