Squarespace form submissions into Zapier, without paying for spam

Put a plain HTML form in a Code Block, point it at your endpoint, and add a Zapier destination with a Catch Hook URL. Each submission triggers your Zap the moment it arrives, and spam is filtered out first, so junk never costs you a task. Zapier delivery is on Pro and Agency, and Code Blocks need a Squarespace Business plan.

Setting it up

  1. 01Add the form in a Code Block

    Edit the page, add a Code Block and paste the form. Code Blocks are available on Squarespace's Business plan and above.

    Code Block
    <form action="https://send.webforms.to/wft_your_key" method="POST">
      <p hidden><input name="_gotcha" tabindex="-1" autocomplete="off"></p>
      <input name="name" required placeholder="Name">
      <input name="email" type="email" required placeholder="Email">
      <textarea name="message" required placeholder="How can we help?"></textarea>
      <button type="submit">Send</button>
    </form>
  2. 02Create a Catch Hook and add it

    In Zapier choose Webhooks by Zapier, then Catch Hook, and copy the URL into a Zapier destination on the form. Make's Custom Webhook and n8n's Webhook node work the same way.

  3. 03Send a test and map the fields

    Fire a test submission so Zapier captures a sample, then map name, email and message onto the next step: a CRM, a spreadsheet, an email tool.

What is different about Squarespace and Zapier, Make and n8n

Spam does not reach your Zap

Quarantined submissions never fan out, so they never trigger the Zap. On a busy form that is the difference between paying for your leads and paying for every bot that finds the page.

Push, not polling

A catch hook runs the Zap the moment a submission arrives, rather than on a polling interval, so there are no empty checks burning tasks and no delay before the next step fires.

The full guides cover each side on its own: Squarespace setup and Zapier, Make and n8n as a destination.
